Celebrity actress Heather Locklear was arrested in February on suspicion of physically assaulting her boyfriend and then an alleged assault on police who came to detain her after receiving a report of domestic violence call. Captain Dean Cook of the Thousand Oaks Police Department has confirmed this news to The Hollywood Reporter.
Police scanner audio obtained by TMZ said that police were called to the Dynasty actress’s home after her brother came by and said he saw her in a physical fight with her boyfriend. When the officers responding to Locklear’s brother’s 911 call attempted to arrest her, she was said to “became combative, flailing, kicking, and struck [three] deputies,” according to TMZ.
According to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson who spoke with E! News on Monday, “Our deputies responded and contacted Heather Locklear at that residence. She was uncooperative with deputies and battered our deputies. We conducted an investigation into the original call of the domestic disturbance and determined she had battered her boyfriend. She was arrested for felony domestic battery and three counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer.”
Additionally, the spokesperson said, “She claimed prior to our arrival that she had been battered or injured. Although we did not see any evidence of that, out of an abundance of caution, she was transported to a hospital for evaluation.”
The 56-year-old was charged with one count of felony domestic violence, as well as three counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer.
Credit to the cops, they decided to arrest her even before she chimped out on them. No mindless VAWAing here. If California was first into feminism then will it be the first to come out? So much fun to watch the feminazis pass infinity.
Epilogue: According to TMZ, Heather told cops: ‘If you ever come back to my house I will shoot you.’
Law enforcement returned to her home in an exclusive gated community to search for a weapon after obtaining a search warrant. Locklear was not home at the time, having just checked into a rehab clinic.
